Order Processing Time: Dependent on the item our order processing time can range from 3-4 days up to 6 weeks for custom apparel & pre-order items or restock items. All fully sublimated items are 2-3 week turn arounds unless a Rush Fee is Purchased. For information on rush fees please contact us at our email.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS

We offer a number of shipping services. Shipping rates are based off current market costs from the shipping provider & are to be covered in full by the customer. The shipping times represent the time frames from when the items in the order are fulfilled & shipped out not a total amount of time from the placement of the order to receiving. In some instances items may not be in stock therefore order production & fulfillment times may be longer, however once production & order fulfillment of items is completed then the order will ship with the service that was chosen at time of purchase. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed as soon as possible however on custom items or items that may currently be out of stock order processing & fulfillment times can vary from 2-6 weeks. Orders with items that are in stock are processed and shipped within 3 business days using the selected shipping service that is purchased at checkout. In the event items are out of stock & an expedited shipping service is chosen, we will refund the cost of the shipping service & ship standard free of charge for the delay in order manufacturing & processing times. 

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. The address provided at time of checkout will be the address the order is shipped to. We can ship to P.O. Boxes. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. We will always provide a number of international shipping options however once the package is shipped we are not responsible for delayed processing times at sort facilities or customs facilities. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed & packaged we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES 

All sales on custom orders, pre-orders, & discounted items or sale promotion items are final. There is no returns on custom items or items that have been worn or damaged. Returns are only accepted if the item/s is in original condition and not a sale item and returned within 15 business days of the original purchase date. Refunds are processed after receiving & reviewing the items once returned to confirm they fit the return condition mentioned above. The customer is responsible for any return shipping rates involved. No exchanges on items are accepted. In the event of a sizing issue the original items ordered will be refunded if in new condition & a new order must be submitted through our site for the correct sizes & items.
